- You review every screen before anything is sent
- No install: Chrome, Edge and Firefox
Frequently asked questions
Is it free?
Yes. Free accounts can turn a recording of up to 8 screens into a process map, SOP and step guide. Pro records up to 30 screens and makes unlimited guides.
What does it record?
Only the window, tab or screen you choose, and only pictures (no audio). We keep a picture each time the screen changes, and you review every one before anything is sent to the AI.
Flowchart or swimlane?
It picks for you: a swimlane when the task moves between apps or people (one lane each), a flowchart for a single-app task. You can also choose yourself before creating the map.
Can I edit the result?
Yes. The process map is a normal AI Flowchart board, so edit it by hand or by asking the AI. The step guide lets you fix any instruction, reorder or delete steps.
How do I share it?
Share a link that anyone can open without an account, print it to PDF, or copy it into Confluence, Google Docs, Notion or Word.
Which browsers work?
Chrome, Edge and Firefox on Windows, Mac and Linux. Mobile browsers cannot record the screen.
