What is an SOP?
A standard operating procedure is a written, step-by-step description of how a recurring task is done — who does each step, in what order, what they check and what they record — so it is done the same way every time. ISO audits, new-hire training and quality teams rely on them.
How is the SOP made from my diagram?
The lanes become the roles, the boxes become numbered steps in the order the arrows go, and decisions become “If… go to step…” rules.
